These are some fun stampers! The arms rotate at the shoulder so they can fight crime any ol’ time

The stamp design is of Swampy emerging from the swamp, the same artwork we’ve seen on many ST items marketed in the 90s.

In the early 90s Rose Art released some great Swamp Thing merchandise. Some of the Rose Art items were released with three Swampy variations. The Swamp Thing pencil and pencil sharpener came in three variations of Swamp Thing busts along with these stampers. I have been fortunate enough to obtain two of the three Swampy chalk variations. I have yet to come across the orange variation.
