I’d imagine coffee tastes twice as good in a Swamp Thing mug.
The mug reads Swamp Thing 93 referring to the artwork from issue 93 (2nd Series) on the front of the mug. I’m not sure when the mug was released but I’m guessing it was marketed in conjunction with issue 93 in March of 1990.

I have one of these! I was working in a warehouse a couple years ago and found this in the original clear box with the DC logo in gold on top and a little paper that reads, “Swamp Thing Issue No. 93 Painted by John Totleben Line art by Bernie Wrightson $14.95 U.S. – $20.95 CAN Copyright 1998 DC Comics. All Rights Reserved.” I’d be happy to send a photo of the paper and box.
