I recently saw an image of this Garbage Pail Kids card online and thought it was a joke or fan-art. Nope, it’s real and I had to have it. The front of the card depicts a parody of Swamp Thing 21 (series 2). Michelle Muck and Gorgeous George/Dollar Bill are our stand-ins.
